2. Services
We facilitate access to a group of service dealers who provide truck repair services via online consultations and/or physical appointments. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Not misuse or attempt to disrupt our website or services.
- Accept responsibility for any actions taken under your account or booking.
4. Payments and Pricing
All service fees are clearly stated during the booking process. Prices may vary based on job complexity, parts required, or travel distance (if applicable). Full payment terms will be confirmed before any work begins.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking without charge. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fix My Truck Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of any changes.

Pete White Transport Ltd / Sell My Truck Online do not charge to advertise your vehicle. With over 125,000 followers on our Facebook pages and the huge flow of traffic via our website we feel this is a unique way of advertising which works great for the seller to get full market value for their vehicle.
What We Need
- At least 8 photos of the exterior of the vehicle – front, back, both sides, and all four corners looking in, preferably in nice surroundings.
- Show all extras such as light-bars, catwalks, alloy wheels, etc.
- Interior photos: bed, fridge, microwave, inverter, dashboard, lockers, etc. Plus pictures of the plate inside the door.
- A walk round video (with engine running), showing outside first & then inside the cab – useful for potential customers too far away, like a virtual viewing.
All Vehicles Will Need To Have At Least 3 Months MOT.
If less than 3 months remain, a new MOT would be required upon completion or handover.
No warning lights must be on the dashboard. A picture of the dash with ignition on needs to be included.
WE NEED ALL PHOTOS TAKEN IN LANDSCAPE MODE PLEASE (hold phone on its side).
Truck Info
As important as it is having good photos, we also need as much info on the vehicle as possible:
- KM
- Date Of Registration
- MOT Expiry
- Service History
- Recent major work
- Recent parts
- Location for viewing
- Condition of tyres
- Outstanding finance
- Any extras
- Price (we can help if needed)
Fees & Process
If the vehicle sells while being advertised with us, only then is there a charge for our services. The fee is £1,000 + VAT. This can be taken as the deposit from the buyer when a deal is agreed, or paid by the seller when the deal is completed.
We can handle everything: setting up finance, dealing with existing finance, viewings, collection & delivery of vehicles, and negotiations if required.
We do not offer warranty on these vehicles, as it’s a haulier-to-haulier (private) sale. We are not a dealer – we are a broker.
However, we work with a warranty provider who can offer warranty packages on used trucks (km dependent). Please ask for more info.
We also work closely with a finance broker who offers competitive packages for new purchases (subject to status). Please ask for more info.
Important Notes
- We must be advised of any outstanding finance on each vehicle.
- We must be advised of any insurance markers (e.g. Cat S, Cat N). We will still advertise but the info will be shown in the advert for transparency.
- Once the deal is complete (if no deposit was taken upfront), we will send an invoice. Payment terms are strictly 7 days, as you will already have been paid for the vehicle.
- Photos may be edited to blank out company names and phone numbers to keep adverts cleaner and route enquiries through us. If buyers contact you directly and a sale is made, our commission still applies.
By receiving this message (via WhatsApp, text, or email) and us advertising your vehicle, you agree to our T&Cs.
